Brooklyn , my niece, got her ears pierced and invited me to come along. She was so brave. No tears. She looks beautiful. She picked a pink diamond earring.
We got together with Jeff, Heather and family to make Christmas candy. We made tons of things this year. My favorite was the English Toffee - Mmmmm!
Christmas Eve at my mom's was a blast. We exchanged gifts, ate yummy soup and enjoyed great company.
Christmas day was great! Our first Christmas in our new house. Brian got me up around 7. We opened gifts, ate breakfast and watched a Christmas movie. We went to Brian's parents in the afternoon, ate a fantastic dinner and hung out with the family.
We went shooting. It was a tiny bit cold, but so much fun - One of our favorite things to do.
And we spent New Years Eve with old and wonderful friends. We stuffed our faces with awesome food, played games, sat by a campfire and watched fireworks. Very fun night!
